Mr. Brad Hamilton, CMA, CPA, MBA

Brad Hamilton has been a member of IMA since the early 1990’s. He is a CPA and CMA, and retired in May 2021 after a 38-year working as an accountant in industry, the past 32 as a controller at various businesses.

Brad currently serves as a member of the IMA Global Board Technology Solutions & Practices Committee. His past roles in IMA include:

2 Terms as Board President in the South Central Indiana Chapter
2008-12 Lincoln Trail Regional Council Board Member

Numerous roles on the boards of both Chapters he has served in

Brad holds an undergraduate degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the University of Toledo. He retired as the Controller for the Corporate IT group at Cummins Inc. in Columbus, Indiana.

Ms. Barbara Uggen-Davis, CMA, CPA

Barbara Uggen-Davis is the Chief Financial Officer at Elevate Ventures, a 501(c)3 non-profit venture development organization. Barbara has over 30 years of experience in accounting, purchasing, operations management, IT infrastructure, logistics, and human resources for small to mid-sized organizations in business services, oil & gas, medical products, technology, and military.

She is an active community volunteer, serving as the Treasurer for the IMA’s Lincoln Trail Regional Council and is current Secretary and past-President of the Indianapolis IMA Chapter. Barbara is also Treasurer for Footlite Musicals, a non-profit community musical theater. Over the years, she has served in executive committee roles on the boards of directors for non-profits in the disability and refugee service areas and currently volunteers in the emergency/disaster response arena with Team Rubicon.

Barbara holds an MBA in Business Management and Business Information Systems from City University with President’s Honors for Meritorious Scholastic Achievement and holds a BA in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from the University of Washington.

M. Albright — Meredith Albright, CMA, CPA

Meredith begin with the IMA as a student member in 2002 when working on her undergraduate degree at the University of North Alabama. She joined the Nashville chapter IMA in 2003 when moving for her first accounting job and also to begin her Masters at Middle Tennessee State University.

She is active in the Nashville Chapter board as a past President and currently is the Webmaster. In addition she has served on the council board since 2015.

Herand Ron Zargarian, DBA, CMA, CPA, CGMA, is Assistant Professor of Accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University. Ron has over 25 years of professional experience in budgeting, project management, and accounting. Ron has been teaching accounting and finance full-time since 1978. Ron has an MBA in Finance and International Business from Baruch College (now Zicklin School of Business) City University of New York, and a DBA in advance accounting. Ron also holds an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. Ron enjoys reading, traveling, classical, and Jazz music and lives in Indianapolis.
