IMA Lincoln Trail Regional Council will be presenting IMA®’s Leadership Academy Workshop: Leading Change!

How do you keep up with the startling rate of change in our world, much less lead a team through change? This course will help you develop an approach to doing just that. We delve into Kotter’s 8-step change model and look closely at organizational change management, creating a business plan for change, creating and communicating a vision for change, developing the resources and support needed for change, strategies for leading people through change, and incorporating change into the organizational culture. Change is a critical modern business requirement. Are you ready to lead change?

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of the course, you should be able to:

  • Define organizational change management.

  • Create a business plan for change.

  • Identify steps to create and communicate a vision.

  • Describe how to develop the resources and support necessary for change to occur.

  • List strategies for leading people through the process of change.

  • Outline ways to build upon successful change and incorporate it into the organization’s core culture.
